At AsaanTrip Private Limited, we strive to provide transparent, fair, and customer-friendly policies for cancellations and refunds. By booking a trip or service with us, you agree to the terms below:
1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of package and proximity to the travel date.

Flight tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable components will be charged at actuals.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for bookings that are eligible under the cancellation terms of the specific package.

In case of cancellation, the refundable amount (after deducting applicable charges) will be communicated to the customer.
3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

AsaanTrip is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party vendors.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
