Refund & Cancellation Policy – AsaanTrip Private Limited

At AsaanTrip Private Limited, we strive to provide transparent, fair, and customer-friendly policies for cancellations and refunds. By booking a trip or service with us, you agree to the terms below:


1. Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@asaantrip.com.

  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of package and proximity to the travel date.

  • Flight tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable components will be charged at actuals.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for bookings that are eligible under the cancellation terms of the specific package.

  • In case of cancellation, the refundable amount (after deducting applicable charges) will be communicated to the customer.


3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

  • AsaanTrip is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party vendors.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refund will be made for:

    • No-shows or missed departures

    • Partially used services

    • Visa rejections (unless explicitly included in cancellation coverage)

    • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions)


5. Cancellation by AsaanTrip

  • In the rare case that we cancel a service due to operational issues, a full refund will be offered or an alternative option will be provided.
