Welcome to AsaanTrip Private Limited. By booking a travel package or using any of our services (including but not limited to flights, accommodation, transportation, visa assistance, and guided tours), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully.eturnable items:

1. General Terms

• All bookings made with AsaanTrip are subject to availability and final confirmation.

• We act as a travel intermediary and do not control the operations of airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, changes in fuel costs, tax updates, or changes imposed by suppliers.
  
  

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving a specified deposit or full payment as per the package.

• Final payment must be made within the timeline specified during the booking process.

• Failure to pay within the due timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation charges as per the terms of the individual package.

• Refunds, if any, will be processed as per the original mode of payment within 7–21 working days after approval.

4. Amendments & Changes

• Any changes to the itinerary after confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges.

• Name changes or rebooking may not be allowed on certain airline tickets or hotel bookings.

5. Travel Documents & Visas

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

• AsaanTrip provides visa assistance, but approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.

6. Travel Insurance

• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

• AsaanTrip is not liable for any loss not covered by insurance.

7. Responsibility & Liability

• AsaanTrip shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, natural calamities, accidents, or unforeseen events during the trip.

• We are not liable for the conduct, negligence, or failure of third-party service providers.

8. Health & Fitness

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are medically fit for travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.

9. Code of Conduct

• All travelers are expected to maintain decorum during group tours or shared activities. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
